This card prepares a brief. It does not run AI or judge an answer. Nothing is sent or saved by this page; download your card before closing it. Use fictional or appropriately redacted source material.

Define the task

Keep the job small enough to review against its source.

Task (required) What should the output help someone do? Permitted source (required) The material this task may use. Output requirements (required) Specify the format and how to handle missing information. What must it avoid inventing? (required)You may write “None beyond the requirements” when appropriate. Expected result / human checklist (required) Write your own answer key before you test. Keep it out of the brief you give the AI.

After testing elsewhere (optional)

Compare the answer with your source and checklist. One example only tells you about that example.
