Earn the Shorter Week
You learned to make AI do the work. This is the part nobody teaches: what the freed time is for. You leave with your own Inflection KPI — a measured baseline, the multiple AI actually bought you, and the line where you could work fewer hours without losing a step — built on the workflow you already audited, not a fantasy.
Part of The Install Track · certificate on completion
You leave holding work.
- Measure a real baseline: hours per week before AI on one recurring workflow, dated and evidence-backed
- Compute the multiple AI bought you honestly — output per hour now versus before, with its bounded edges named
- State the crossover threshold as a percentage you could test, not a promise you make
- Name one specific destination for the freed capacity — a real customer, idea, or time reclaimed — and log it
- Inflection KPI
- Output measurement
- Treadmill awareness
- Surplus allocation

04.1Intelligence Is on Tap

This chapter breaks into 3 lessons:

Capability Got Cheap

What Doesn't Commoditize

Two Seats, One Surplus

- You will be able to state what just became cheap in your work — and why that raises a question instead of answering one.
- You will be able to name the three things that stay scarce when capability is cheap — and say which one your role runs on.
- You will be able to state, in one sentence about your OWN role, what the scarce resource is now — and name one thing only you can do that the model cannot.
Do thisName one task in your week that AI now does in a fraction of the time it used to take you. Write the before-time and the after-time, both honest.
04.2The Trap

This chapter breaks into 4 lessons:

The Counter-Intuitive One First

Signature One — Comms Volume Up

Signatures Two and Three — Focus Down, Hidden Tax

The Mechanism Has a Name

- You will be able to state why aggressive AI adoption can expand work instead of shrinking it.
- You will be able to name the one finding that the other two signatures follow from.
- You will be able to recognize the comms-volume signature in your own week.
- You will be able to separate 'more output' from 'more coordination about the output.'
- You will be able to name the focus signature and the hidden-tax signature.
- You will be able to explain why faster tasks can leave downstream results flat.
- You will be able to name the Jevons trap and explain why it isn't a flaw in AI.
- You will be able to say which of the three signatures is loudest in your own week.
Do thisBefore you read the next lesson, predict it: in your own role, name one task AI made faster — then name the new work that speed created downstream (more to review, more to send, more to reconcile).
04.3The Inflection Point

This chapter breaks into 5 lessons:

What the Instrument Is For

Baseline and the Multiple

The Crossover — a Threshold to Test

The Compounding Check — Force a Proper Noun

The Honest Staging — and the Handoff

- You will be able to state, in one sentence, what the Inflection KPI measures — and why it is a threshold you cross, not a number you assert.
- You will be able to name the one workflow you'll run it on.
- You will be able to compute a real baseline (output per week at standard hours, measured before the change) for one workflow.
- You will be able to state your multiple as an honest before/after ratio, not an aspiration.
- You will be able to derive the crossover percentage from your multiple with a one-line logic that holds.
- You will be able to state the crossover as a threshold-to-test, not a promise.
- You will be able to name a specific, proper-noun destination for your freed time.
- You will be able to explain why 'more capacity' is the treadmill in disguise.
- You will be able to separate what the research evidences from what the Inflection KPI only instruments.
- You will be ready to build all four parts on your own audited workflow at the gate.
Do thisName the one real workflow you'll build your Inflection KPI on — ideally the one you already audited in the Working Intelligence course. Write its name down before you read further.

I install AI for operators. The Lab is where the method is taught, and where my clients onboard. This course is that method.
More about me →Asked, answered.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The track is written for operators, not engineers. If you run a business or a role and you’re honest about where you actually are, you have the prerequisites.
How long does this course take?
Lessons are short on purpose — one idea per screen. Most people finish a course in two or three sittings. The worksheets take longer, because they’re real work on your real business. That’s the point.
What does the $497 option add?
Our eyes on your audit. $497 is the Working Intelligence Audit course plus our written review — we read your submissions and send a one-page response: what your scores say, and what to install first. It’s the bridge between self-serve and working with us directly.
Start with the free course — this one unlocks on the way.
This course is $397 on its own. All five together are the Track — $1,197, where buying them one at a time runs $1,985. Course 03 unlocks this one — the chain matters, each course feeds the next its raw material.
