We map your actual work — the tools, the gaps, the shape your role needs.
03 · Personal Brain
Your work, searchable from any AI tool. Yours to keep.
Fixed-scope project · 1–2 weeks from kickoff to delivery. 14-day post-install support included.
Knowledge workers, operators, founders who want an AI brain without a five-figure commitment.
Hand us your files. We turn them into a private, searchable brain you can reach from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or anything modern. Gated to you. Portable when you leave.
How it works
Diagnose. Build. Hand you the keys.
One method, three moves: we map your actual work, build your private brain from it, and hand you the keys — owned, portable, queryable from anywhere.
We build your private brain from it — your corpus, indexed and queryable.
It's yours. Reach it from any LLM, at your own subdomain. You own it.
What you get
Your work, finally queryable.
Your real work becomes a private brain you own. Ask it a plain question; it answers grounded in your corpus and cites the files it drew from.

You made three commitments
- Send the revised scope with the learning-layer line item by Friday.
- Loop the operations lead in on the coordination-layer triggers before the next review.
- Hold the price at the number you named — no contingent savings-share.
Hand us your work. Get a brain you own.
Your real work becomes a private, searchable brain — queryable from any AI tool, yours to keep.
Documents, notes, transcripts — the scattered corpus that holds your edge. We turn it into a private, searchable brain on your own branded subdomain.
Gated to you, exposed over MCP — ask it anything from ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever you already run. Always current, nobody maintaining it.
Source files, schema, deployment config, subdomain — all yours. When tools change or you move on, what it knows stays with you.
The argument for owning your own brain.
Every quarter, the AI vendors get smarter about you. ChatGPT remembers across chats. Claude projects retain context. Gemini reads your Workspace. The trend line is obvious: within a year, one of them ships a continuously-aware assistant that knows you the way a five-year coworker does.
- The arrival isn’t the question. It’s coming. The question is whether your work is structured to take advantage of it when it lands — or whether you start over with whichever vendor wins, on their terms.
- The Personal Brain answers it. Built from your files, structured around how your role thinks, gated to you alone — and any modern AI tool can query it. Not a chatbot. The corpus underneath the chatbot, in a format you own.
When the next model launches, your brain plugs in the day it ships. When you change jobs, it comes with you. The thesis from the homepageis “we’re the humans between you and every AI vendor.” The Personal Brain is the artifact that proves it.
“When the AI giants ship continuous memory, the people who already have their work organized in their own brain are the ones the new tools learn from — not the other way around.”

The diagnosis
Three things break without one.
Your work is locked inside someone else’s product.Every Claude project, every custom GPT, every Notion AI workspace is investment into a system you don’t control.
Each new AI tool starts from zero on you. You re-teach every tool what the last one already knew, and most people give up before it proves itself.
The retrieval shape is wrong by default. Tools hand you a vector database when you need a document tree. The shape decides whether retrieval works.

What the install builds
Files in. Brain out. Yours.
You hand us your files — documents, writing, projects, saved chat exports, case studies, deliverables. We extract the same four layers from the Audit and structure them into a corpus organized for retrieval the way your work flows.
We deploy that corpus to a private, branded subdomain gated by Cloudflare Access. It exposes an MCP endpoint — the standard protocol modern AI tools use to query external knowledge. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — any tool that supports MCP can query your brain.
Two to three role-tuned skills install inside your daily AI tool. A capture surface (Telegram, Shortcut, or web form) keeps the brain current. The retrieval architecture uses a proven template matched to your role type.
The door most people walk through
Build the brain before the vendors do.
$1,497 fixed. One to two weeks. The Diagnostic Call scopes the install in 30 minutes. Need deeper elicitation and custom architecture? That’s Personal Brain Plus.
How a two-week install runs
The cadence.
- W1
Diagnostic + corpus build
Kickoff call. File access. Four-layer extraction. Template architecture deployed — subdomain, Cloudflare Access, MCP server, capture surface. Draft corpus by Friday.
- W2
Skills + delivery
We start at the edges — the repetitive prep work that eats your morning — and earn trust toward the core. 2–3 role-tuned skills installed. Each comes with a correctness contract — how the agent proves it got the right answer, and how you reverse a bad call. Handover call, docs, source files — yours outright. 14-day support window opens.
What you walk away with
In the bundle.
A working brain
Live, gated, branded, queryable from any AI tool you already use. The brain shows up inside Claude or ChatGPT as another piece of context.
Source files you own
Corpus in Markdown, schema in plain text, deployment config in a private repo. Rehost it yourself in a weekend if you ever leave.
Skill library
2–3 reusable workflows tuned to how you actually work. Named, documented, modifiable. Yours.
14-day support
Bugs, tweaks, schema adjustments — included for two weeks, no extra invoice.
Upgrade path
Need deeper elicitation, custom retrieval shapes, or more skills? Personal Brain Plus — your Personal Brain fee credited in full.
Retainer option
Optional ongoing care: Light $497/mo or Standard $997/mo. Not required — most installs are stable on their own.
The math
Sub-year payback
~20 hours of skilled work at $150/hr effective + productized infrastructure. For any knowledge worker saving 5–10 hrs/week, the Install pays itself back inside a year — before the Conway-style continuously-aware assistants land.
Thinking bigger?
Two ways to grow from here.
Need deeper elicitation and custom architecture? Personal Brain Plus ($4,997). Need brains for a team? The Company Install starts at $15K.

Common questions
Asked, answered.
How is this different from a Claude project or custom GPT?
A Claude project or custom GPT lives inside one vendor’s product. The Personal Brain lives at a URL you own and answers to every vendor’s tool. If Claude raises prices, your project is affected. If your brain’s host goes down, you move it without losing data. The artifact is different in kind.
The other difference is corpus structure. A Claude project holds files but does basic retrieval. The Install applies a shape-matched retrieval contract — vector where vector belongs, document-tree where document-tree belongs, tabular where tabular belongs. That’s the work almost nobody does by default.
What happens to the brain if I stop working with you?
You keep it. You own the source files, the schema, the deployment config, and the subdomain. You can rehost it yourself, hand it to another developer, or let it run as-is for as long as you want. There’s no lock-in. The retainer is optional and exists for people who want us to keep tuning — not as a requirement to keep using what you bought.
What are the pass-through costs?
Real but small. Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Vectorize + Workers AI run $0–$20/month per brain depending on usage — Free tier for most personal use, single-digit dollars even for heavy use. The custom subdomain is $1–$2/month amortized. Telegram or SMS capture adds $5–$20/month via Twilio. LLM tokens, when applicable, are at-cost from your Anthropic or OpenAI account.
Most personal brains run $5–$30/month all-in. The infrastructure cost isn’t the lock-in mechanism.
Why $1,497?
The infrastructure costs nearly nothing to run. The price covers the diagnostic, extraction, corpus build, skill installation, and two weeks of support. Template architecture means less custom engineering time, and that savings passes to you. The math works for any knowledge worker saving a few hours a week.
What's the difference between Personal Brain and Plus?
Personal Brain uses a proven template architecture and installs 2–3 skills in 1–2 weeks. Plus ($4,997) adds deep elicitation of your tacit expertise, custom retrieval shapes matched to your specific role, 3–5 skills with correctness contracts, a portfolio surface, and a full 4-week engagement with 30 days of support. Most people start here; some upgrade when their role demands it. Your Personal Brain fee credits in full toward Plus within 90 days.
Can I bring the brain to my company?
Yes, and that’s the design. The brain is portable across employer changes because it’s yours, not your employer’s. If your next company adopts AI tooling that supports MCP (most modern stacks do), your brain plugs in on day one. If they don’t, it still works for you privately.
How technical do I need to be?
You don’t. The whole point of the productization is that the technical work happens on our side. You provide files, give feedback on the shape, use the brain through tools you already know. If you want to dig into the deployment config or retrieval architecture, the source is yours and we’ll walk you through it — optional.
What if my files are confidential or regulated?
We sign NDAs. The infrastructure runs on Cloudflare with Access gating — everything in transit encrypted, everything at rest on infrastructure you control through your own account if you prefer. For regulated work (legal, medical, financial), we’ll talk through the compliance requirements during the Diagnostic Call and adjust the architecture to match. We’ve built installs for HIPAA-adjacent content; the infrastructure scales to most reasonable requirements.
This engagement runs through the Lab.
Onboarding is a course you keep. Worksheets land where we read them before every call. When we’re done you hold the workbook, the certificate, and the method — not a slide deck about it.
See the Lab →Start with the Diagnostic Call.
The Install starts with a 30-minute Diagnostic Call. Free. Scoped to whether the Personal Brain is the right move, or the Audit is — or whether neither is, and we should be talking about something else entirely.
