Personal Brain

Turn one person’s working knowledge into a system they own.

Price$1,497Book →
Duration

Fixed-scope project · 1–2 weeks kickoff to delivery. 14-day post-install support included.

Who it fits

Knowledge workers, operators, and founders carrying valuable context across too many files and tools.

Bring the files, decisions, and recurring work. Leave with a private, portable capability you can reach from the AI tools you choose.

The owned layer

Your files become one portable working brain.

How the two-week install runs

Two weeks, kickoff to keys.

  1. W1

    Diagnostic + corpus build

Kickoff call, file access, four-layer extraction. The template architecture is deployed: subdomain, Cloudflare Access, MCP server, capture surface. Draft corpus by Friday.

  2. W2

    Skills + delivery

We start at the edges (the repetitive prep that eats your morning) and earn trust toward the core. 2–3 role-tuned skills installed. Handover call, docs, source files, yours outright. The 14-day support window opens.

What every installed brain includes

A knowledge base—and the guide for running it.

Every Personal Brain comes with two linked surfaces: a private corpus your AI tools can query, and a branded operating guide that shows what is in it, how to use it, how to add to it, and what to do when something misses.

Shown here: Landon Brain, a live install for a talent-strategy operator. In a Company Install, every participating operator gets their own guide. Department or company knowledge gets a separate, governed guide and corpus.

The $1,497 install is fixed-scope. Pass-through infrastructure runs roughly $5–30/month all-in. It is not a lock-in mechanism: you own the deployment and can rehost it anytime.

The first conversation

Start with a Diagnostic Call.

The install starts with a free 30-minute Diagnostic Call, scoped to whether Personal Brain is the right move, or an Audit, or something else entirely.

FAQs

How is this different from a Claude project or a custom GPT?

Those live inside one vendor’s product. A Personal Brain lives at a URL you own and answers from every vendor’s tool. If Claude raises prices or a host goes down, you move it without losing data.

The other difference is structure. A Claude project holds files but does basic retrieval; the install applies a shape-matched retrieval contract: vector, document-tree, tabular, each where it belongs. That’s work almost nobody does by default.

What happens to the brain if I stop working with you?

You keep it: source files, schema, deployment config, subdomain. Rehost it, hand it to another developer, or let it run as-is. No lock-in. Brain Ops is an optional retainer, never a condition of keeping what you bought.

What does it cost to run after handoff?

Pass-through infrastructure is roughly $5–30/month all-in (hosting, access, the MCP endpoint), billed to you directly, not marked up. No subscription to us is required to keep the brain working.
