Self-guided or one live working week.
People and teams who know there is an opportunity, but do not yet know where an install should begin.
Map where knowledge lives, what repeats, and which process is worth changing first. Leave with the evidence, the files, and a bounded next move.

With your permission, we review the material and accounts inside the agreed scope. The method maps four layers: what you know, how the work moves, how you use AI, and what the system can already do reliably.
Four-layer extraction
The result is a portable Markdown bundle and a bounded next move.
How the week runs
Agree on the question, material, and access boundary.
Review the evidence and record the patterns that matter.
Assemble the finding, bundle, and recommended first move.
Walk through the result together and resolve open questions.
Use the follow-up window while the finding moves into practice.
What’s included
The first conversation
Use the course when you want to work alone. Choose the live audit when you want the evidence interpreted with you.
Exporting produces files. The audit interprets them: it finds the repeated decisions, useful patterns, and first capability worth installing. That analytical layer is the work.
Then we’ll write that in the report. Some people’s work is already well-structured, or the volume doesn’t justify the infrastructure. We’d rather give you the honest read than upsell you. Your file is yours regardless.
Scope and access are agreed before review. We can assess NDA requirements before access begins, we do not use client material to train a shared model, and case-study use requires written permission.
