We map your actual work — the tools, the gaps, the shape your role needs.
02 · Working Intelligence Audit
We look at everything you’ve already taught your AI.
Fixed-scope · self-guided from $397 (the audit course), or live with Michael at $997.
Anyone who already uses AI seriously and hasn’t yet thought about the asset they’re quietly building inside someone else’s house.
The patterns you’ve trained into Claude. The documents ChatGPT remembers. The projects Gemini knows. We extract it, structure it, and hand it back as a file you own.
How it works
Diagnose. Build. Hand you the keys.
One method, three moves: we map your actual work, build your private brain from it, and hand you the keys — owned, portable, queryable from anywhere.
We build your private brain from it — your corpus, indexed and queryable.
It's yours. Reach it from any LLM, at your own subdomain. You own it.
Scan what you’ve built. Walk away with a map.
A paid diagnostic across what already lives inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Every custom GPT, project, and prompt you’ve set up across the major tools — where the value is, where it leaks, what’s redundant.
A written read on what setup fits your role, in a file you own — not a slide deck, a working document you can act on or hand to a developer.
Upgrade within 90 days and the audit fee comes straight off the install. You’re never penalized for starting with the diagnosis.
Two ways to run the audit.
Same workbook, same scoring, same method. Run it yourself, or run it with us. Most people find the same three problems either way. The difference is what happens in the room when you find them.
Run it yourself
$397 the course, $497 with our written review.
The Working Intelligence Audit course, worked on your own accounts. The $497 option adds a written review of your submissions — one page, specific, yours to keep.

$997, live.
Live, remote or in person. We run the workbook on your real operation and read the results together. Includes the course and the written review.

“The asset you’re building inside Claude or ChatGPT is real, valuable, and quietly stuck in someone else’s vault. The Audit gets the key cut.”
You’ve already built something. You just can’t see it yet.
Look at your ChatGPT account. The custom GPTs. The conversations that taught the model how you write and what you care about. The Claude projects with the system prompt you’ve refined for six months. The Gemini history linked to your Workspace that knows your last three quarters of work.
- You’ve been training those models. Not on purpose — the way a path gets worn into a lawn, one step at a time, until the line is unmistakable.
- What you’ve trained is an asset.Copied to another account, it’d give someone a head start in your own role. And it lives entirely inside OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google’s servers — in a format you can’t export, deletable the day they change a policy.
The Working Intelligence Audit is the systematic version of going through that asset, naming what’s there, and turning it into a file you own.

The diagnosis
Two ownership problems, compounding.
The first.Your AI training is locked inside three vendor accounts that don’t talk to each other. ChatGPT stores what it’s learned about you but won’t hand it back as a document. Claude projects take your files but won’t export the conversation patterns.
The second. If a vendor changes a policy, raises a price, or terminates an account, the asset goes with them. The fix is to extract it before you’re forced to.
What the Audit actually does.
We get supervised, read-only access to your AI accounts — your machine, you in the room or async via screen recording, your call. Then we work through them with an extraction process refined across thirty-plus accounts.
- Four layers come out of the extraction. Each names something that was implicit before — patterns the model knows but you couldn’t describe out loud.
Four-layer extraction
The result is a portable Markdown bundle — a folder tree you drop into any modern AI tool, and the new model picks up where the old one left off. You own it day one. No subscription required to keep it.
The hygiene move
Back up the brain you didn’t realize you were building.
Self-guided from $397, or live with Michael at $997. Audit fee credits against the Install if you upgrade within 90 days.
Four things you walk away with
In the bundle.
The corpus
A folder of Markdown files organized for retrieval by any AI tool. Drop it into a Claude project, Cursor, ChatGPT — or the starting kit for a Personal Brain.
The Audit Report
3–5 page written read on what we found. What you've been building. What AI setup your role needs. Honest read — we'll tell you not to buy if the answer is no.
The 30-day Q&A
A month of follow-up email questions, answered substantively. The audit's value lands over weeks, not days — this is the window for it to compound.
The Install credit
Upgrade to a Personal Brain or Personal Brain Plus within 90 days and the Audit fee credits against it. You don't pay twice for the same thinking.

Self-guided tiers. Practitioner session.
Three ways in — sized to how much room you want when you hit the hard finding.
- Self-guided, $397. The audit course, à la carte. You leave with a one-page report and a 90-day plan. For operators who learn by doing.
- Self-guided + written review, $497. Adds a written review of your submissions — outside perspective without a live session.
- Practitioner audit, $997. The engagement plus the course and the written review — for operators who want someone in the room when they hit the hard finding.
Not sure? Start self-guided. You can book the practitioner session after if the audit surfaces something that needs working through.
Who this is for
Named by role.
- The heavy-AI knowledge workerA year-plus of ChatGPT or Claude as a daily collaborator — memory on, custom instructions tuned, projects fed hundreds of files. You want to see what you’ve actually built.
- The agency or studio ownerYour team uses AI across client work with no central record of the patterns, prompts, or projects refined across engagements. You want a structured read on the IP drifting around in individual accounts.
- The career-transition operatorYou’re changing roles, leaving a company, or entering a new domain. You want to take your AI training with you — and show a portable artifact to the people deciding whether to bring you on.
- The buy-vs-build decision-makerYou’re weighing a Personal Brain against staying put. The Audit is the honest read — including the version where the answer is "you don’t need anything else."

Common questions
Asked, answered.
Why pay for an audit at all — can’t I just export my own data?
You can export individual artifacts — Claude project files, ChatGPT histories (sometimes), Gemini results. What you can’t do is structure the result. The raw export is useless without the analytical layer that turns "800 chat messages" into "the four patterns those messages encode, and how to use them in any future tool."
The Audit is that analytical layer. The extraction is the small part. The structure and the report are the work.
What if I’m worried about giving you access to my accounts?
Three options. Observed sessions — you screen-share, we direct, you take the action. You never hand over credentials. Screen recording — you record the relevant sessions and send us the videos. Read-only temporary access— you create a temporary account-share via the vendor’s mechanism and revoke it when the audit ends.
We’ve done all three. Work happens on your machine where possible; nothing is stored on our side beyond what makes it into your corpus.
What if the audit finds I don’t need a Personal Brain?
Then we’ll write that in the report. Most people who do this audit end up doing the Install eventually; some don’t — their work is already well-structured, or their volume doesn’t justify the infrastructure. We’d rather give you the honest read than upsell you. Your file is yours regardless.
Can I do the audit on just one account, not all three?
Yes — single-account audits scope smaller and the price comes down accordingly; talk to us in the kick-off call. The standard offer covers all three because most heavy AI users have meaningful patterns in each, and the highest-value insights come from comparing them: what Claude knows that ChatGPT doesn’t, what Gemini reveals about workflow that the others can’t.
What about Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other code-side tools?
We can include them if your work is engineering-heavy. The four-layer map adapts to code contexts — the demonstrated-capability layer especially, since what you’ve shipped with AI assistance is portfolio gold. Flag it in the kick-off call.
How long does the corpus stay useful?
Indefinitely. Markdown is the longest-lived format in computing — every AI tool that exists or will exist can read it. The structure we use is designed to outlast specific vendors. You’ll add to it over time as your work evolves, but the bones don’t age.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We sign whatever NDA you put in front of us. The work product is yours. We don’t train models on your data. We don’t case-study you without explicit written permission. The default is full confidentiality.
When would I schedule this?
The Monday kickoff is the anchor — we run one audit at a time. Booking window is usually 2–3 weeks out. If you have a deadline (a job change, a board meeting, a quarter-close), say so and we’ll work to fit it. The booking link shows real availability.
Run the audit. Or start with the Lab.
Self-guided ($397) if you’re not sure. The practitioner audit ($997, live) if you want to read the results together. Still deciding? The 30-minute Diagnostic Call is free.
