What the site collects. What happens next.

This page describes the website as it works today: analytics, information you choose to submit, and the services used to deliver bookings, email, payments, and the site itself.

Information the site handles.

01

Information you submit

Forms may ask for your name, email address, company, message, booking details, quiz answers, workshop response, or the source that brought you to the site.

02

Site and analytics data

The site may record pages viewed, referring source, browser or device information, approximate region, consent state, and basic interaction events through Google Analytics 4.

03

Browser-held preferences

Local or session storage keeps your consent choice, first-touch campaign information, and temporary interface state such as a dismissed prompt.

Use

Why the information is used.

Submitted information is used to answer inquiries, score and return quiz results, schedule work, deliver purchases or workshops, send confirmations, and keep a record of the relationship.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages help, where people arrive from, and where the site needs improvement. It is not used here for ad personalization.

Service providers

The systems that help deliver the request.

  • 01Cloudflare

Hosts the site and stores operational records in Cloudflare D1.

  • 02Google Analytics 4

Measures site use under the consent settings described below.

  • 03Resend

Delivers requested messages, confirmations, and relevant follow-up email.

  • 04Google Calendar

Checks availability and creates calendar events for booked sessions.

  • 05Stripe

Processes paid bookings and purchases. br8n does not receive full card numbers.

Analytics choices

Consent changes what Google receives.

Google Consent Mode sets analytics and advertising storage to denied for visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland until a choice is made. The site shows a consent prompt when browser settings indicate a likely visitor from one of those regions.

Outside those regions, analytics and advertising storage currently default to granted. Ad-user-data and ad-personalization signals remain denied globally.

When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising signals are denied. That signal does not disable first-party analytics.

Retention and choices

Keep only what the work needs.

Operational records are kept as needed to respond, deliver the requested service, reconcile a purchase, maintain business records, and protect the site. br8n does not currently publish one fixed retention period for every record type.

You can clear browser storage through your browser settings. Email messages provide the applicable unsubscribe path. To ask about information you submitted, write to hello@brandedmayhem.com.
