Personal Brain uses a proven template, the right door for most roles. Some roles don’t fit one:

A custom retrieval shape designed to your work. Subdomain, Cloudflare Access, MCP server, and capture surface deployed.

Skills + integration
3–5 role-tuned skills installed, each with a correctness contract. You start using the brain in low-stakes work.

Hardening + delivery
Edge cases, docs, handover. Source files, schema, deployment, yours outright. The 30-day support window opens.

What happens to the brain if I stop working with you?
You keep it: source, schema, deployment config, subdomain. Rehost it, hand it off, or run it as-is. No lock-in; the retainer (Brain Ops) is optional.
Is the founding rate ($4,500) going to last?
It holds until the first cohort’s installs complete, then it moves to $4,997. The point of building now is that when the AI giants ship continuous memory, your work is already organized in a brain you own, and the new tools learn from you, not the other way around.
