We map your actual work — the tools, the gaps, the shape your role needs.
Secondary offerings
Five shapes the main ladder doesn’t cover.
Varies — 4 weeks to ongoing
Operators whose situation doesn't map cleanly to the Lifeline, Audit, Personal Brain Install, or Company Install.
Coaching retainers. Workflow sprints. Training cohorts. AI strategy advisory. The offerings outside the install ladder, scoped on the Diagnostic Call when what you need doesn’t match a primary offer.
How it works
Diagnose. Build. Hand you the keys.
One method, three moves: we map your actual work, build your private brain from it, and hand you the keys — owned, portable, queryable from anywhere.
We build your private brain from it — your corpus, indexed and queryable.
It's yours. Reach it from any LLM, at your own subdomain. You own it.
How the off-ladder offers work.
Five shapes, one entry point. The shape gets confirmed before anyone commits.
You tell us what the work looks like — a role to coach, a workflow that’s breaking, a team to train, a strategy table that needs a seat. We listen for the shape, not the label.
On the Diagnostic Call we name which of the five fits — or point you back to a primary offer. No offer gets sold past its fit.
Coaching runs on a cadence. Sprints run end-to-end. Cohorts ship something real. Advisory sits at the strategy table. Each is sized by the kind of work, not the deliverable.
Why secondary offerings exist.
The main ladder covers the four most common shapes — focused calls, paid diagnostics, individual installs, company-wide rollouts. Most conversations land cleanly in one of them.
- Some don’t. The shapes here cover the rest — coaching a role, sprinting on a workflow, training a cohort, or strategic advisory without a deployment.
- Listed, not self-serve.They’re here so you can see the shape before the call. Each gets scoped on the Diagnostic Call.
“Different shapes of engagement for different shapes of work. The main ladder covers the common cases; these cover the rest.”
The five shapes
Pick the one that fits.
1-on-1 Coaching · $1,500/mo
6-month commit. Two 90-min sessions/month + async. Senior operators who want a structured monthly relationship rather than ad hoc calls.
Workflow Sprint · $5–15K
2–4 weeks. ONE specific workflow installed end-to-end. Production-ready outcome. Not a brain install — vertical depth on a single workflow.
Open Cohort · $1,500/seat
4 weeks. Mixed-company cohort, ~12 seats. Hands-on, project-based, you ship something real by week 4.
Closed Cohort · $25K
Up to 8 seats. Same curriculum, private for one company. Customized to your use cases. Ships internal tooling the company keeps.
Strategy Advisory · $2,500–5,000/mo
Monthly executive briefings + quarterly reviews + on-call response. For leadership that wants a senior advisor without a full Company Install.
Not sure which?
The Diagnostic Call scopes the right shape.
Tell us the situation. We confirm the shape together — or point you to something else.
Which one is probably right for you.
- Senior operator wanting structured monthly support: Coaching Retainer.
- One specific workflow is the bottleneck: Workflow Sprint.
- You want to learn to build with agents alongside peers: Open Cohort.
- You want your team trained together on your specific use cases: Closed Cohort.
- You’re leadership and want a strategic advisor without the full install: Strategy Advisory.
If none of these fit, the answer is probably one of the four primary offers. The Diagnostic Call is where we figure it out.
Common questions
Asked, answered.
Why aren't these on the main ladder?
They don’t fit the ladder’s axis. The ladder is sized by who owns the brain. These are sized by the kind of work — coaching, sprinting, training, advising. Different axis, different decision.
Can I combine these with a primary offer?
Yes. The most common combos: Audit + Coaching Retainer (post-audit ongoing support). Personal Brain Install + Workflow Sprint (the brain is built, then we sprint on a specific workflow). Company Install + Closed Cohort (the install lands, then the team gets trained together). Combinations are scoped on the Diagnostic Call.
Are these scoped on the Diagnostic Call?
Yes. Unlike the primary ladder, where you book an offer directly, the booking links on each secondary page route to the Diagnostic Call so we confirm the shape before committing.
This engagement runs through the Lab.
Onboarding is a course you keep. Worksheets land where we read them before every call. When we’re done you hold the workbook, the certificate, and the method — not a slide deck about it.

The Diagnostic Call commits to nothing. If this install isn’t the right shape for your work, we’ll tell you what is.
