Find where AI could make the work better.

Before choosing a tool or build, we follow one part of the work across the people, information and systems it depends on. Together, we find where missing context, repeated steps or broken handoffs cost attention, then compare useful changes.

We agree the Audit scope and paid work with you before we begin. An installation is a separate decision.

Start with the real work

We follow a real task with the people doing it, capturing steps, decisions, handoffs and workarounds. Your people review the record and explain exceptions, unwritten knowledge and work beyond the screen. We also check what they need to learn or practice, and whether they have time and support for it.

Check the options

We compare updating systems, preparing the team, improving the workflow, adding AI assistance and automating agreed tasks. With your team, we check the information, tools, access and permissions each option needs, then weigh the work to build, learn, review and maintain it.

Implementation plan offers a knowledge workspace, connected actions and a custom workflow, starting with customer visit preparation.

Leave with a decision

You leave with a reviewed work map, context gaps, steps to improve or retain, and a proposed first scope where justified. We identify owners, sources, cost drivers and operating responsibilities, then agree how to judge accepted results and total effort, including review, correction and upkeep.

Audit findings identify sources, an owner and a success check for customer visit preparation, leading to Company Install.

Compare a first AI project

Resource

A first project should give your company a useful result and a clear way to judge the work. A broad ambition such as “use AI in operations” gives you neither.

Working Intelligence Audit

Understand how your company really works.

We sit with the people doing the work, trace processes and examine the knowledge held across your systems. Together, we identify what is missing, where work gets stuck and what needs to be understood before choosing an AI implementation.

  • Employee insight
  • Process mapping
  • Knowledge audit

Company Install

Build the context. Then put AI to work.

We turn that understanding into working capability. Where knowledge is missing or scattered, we capture and organise it with your team. We connect suitable tools, build agreed workflows and test them alongside your people, with training and practice built in from the start.
