Working with BR8N

Useful AI starts with understanding your work.

We work with the people who lead the department and the people doing the job. Together, we study what happens, choose a useful change, and build it into a routine your team can operate.

Workplace scene: A collective for more human work.

01 / Working together

First, show us a real job.

We meet the department lead and the people involved. We follow an actual piece of work through its steps, decisions and handoffs, including the exceptions the written process leaves out. Your team reviews what we record.

02 / Working together

We examine the systems alongside the work.

We look at the agreed information and tools: documents, files, email, messages and the systems used to finish the job. We identify where context disappears, where people repeat work, and which decisions need their judgment.

03 / Working together

Then we choose what will actually help.

The answer may be a simpler process, better use of existing software, a connection between systems or custom AI assistance. We agree what to build, what your company needs to contribute and how we will judge the result.

Implementation plan offers a knowledge workspace, connected actions and a custom workflow, starting with customer visit preparation.

04 / Working together

People help shape the build.

We test ordinary work, missing information and failed steps. Your team checks prepared answers and practices the actions that need review. Employee feedback can change the system as well as the instructions.

05 / Working together

The handover is part of the work.

We help people practice the changed job and agree who maintains the knowledge, handles exceptions and owns the next decision. The scoped handover includes the material and support arrangements the next operator needs.

A few practical hiring questions.

Who will we work with?

Michael leads the work, with relevant technical and learning specialists involved according to scope. We agree who is responsible for each part before starting.

What will you need from us?

A sponsor or department lead, access approved for the agreed scope, time with the people doing the work, source owners and time for practice and review. We agree the actual demands with you before starting.

What will we leave with?

The reviewed work map, agreed configuration or build, test evidence, role guidance and operating handover that belong to your chosen engagement. A diagnostic conversation helps identify a next step; it does not include an installation. A paid Audit investigates the work and supports a decision about what to do next.

Do we have to buy an Audit?

No. A paid Working Intelligence Audit helps when deeper investigation is needed. We can discuss a Company Install directly when the work can already be scoped.

How long does it take?

We discuss timing after understanding scope, access and your company’s capacity. We agree the work and the time your people need to contribute before starting.

What happens afterward?

We agree maintenance, ownership, recovery and any optional ongoing support. The handover makes clear who maintains the knowledge, handles exceptions and owns the next decision.

Choose the next step around the work.

The diagnostic conversation

Bring one recent job. We discuss what happens today and a useful next step. Any paid work is scoped and agreed separately.
