We check the evidence behind answers and confirm approved actions in the receiving tool. Together, we assess quality, review, correction, handoff and upkeep, and which decisions need a person. Practice and feedback shape the build.
The reviewed workflow becomes clear instructions and practice materials. We plan time for your people to rehearse ordinary and difficult cases, question the design and recover from failed steps. We agree who owns the procedure, keeps knowledge current and handles recovery before handover. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately.
